The food was great, unfortunately upon arriving to pick up my order at the given time to pick up it was not ready/ they could not find it. I waited at the front counter for 15 minutes before someone even acknowledge I was there. I knew they seen me but didn 't say we will be with you in a moment completely ignored. After someone finally ce to help me that 's when they couldn 't find my order and told me it would be another 20 minutes. I had already been waiting am extra 15 minutes since my pick up time.
