This pizza place in Uxbridge is the worst. I had a terrible experience. We ordered four times, and each time, the delivery was delayed by two hours. The quality was inconsistent, with too much cheese and overcooked toppings. It was also served very cold. I could understand if this had happened during their opening weeks, but not at this point. I spent an hour on hold trying to reach a customer service representative, but my call was never answered. We will not be returning. On one occasion, we placed an online order at 1 PM for a 5:30 PM pickup, and then waited an additional hour after the online tracker indicated our meal was ready. I've always been a huge fan of Pizza Hut, so I was really excited when they opened a location in Uxbridge. We've ordered from there three times. The first experience was great and met my expectations. However, the last two times were disappointing. We encountered various issues, such as pizzas with barely any cheese, some being undercooked, and one that wasn't even sliced. In my opinion, getting it right just once out of three visits doesn’t deserve a five-star rating. We'll be taking a break from ordering from them for a while. I'm willing to pay their higher prices if I receive a quality product in return.

We recently moved to Uxbridge and decided to try Pizza Hut for the first time. We typically enjoy Pizza Pizza, which we ordered frequently while living in Toronto. However, after ordering from the Uxbridge Pizza Hut, I was pleasantly surprised. They were busy at the time, but they called to inform me that my pizza would be 15 minutes late. When the driver arrived, he brought a complimentary 2-liter soda, and the food was still hot and delicious. Overall, it was a great experience!

Melts is one of the best pizza spots in our small town. While the website might be a bit tricky to use, the food and customer service are outstanding. I always receive my orders faster than expected from this restaurant! I've only encountered one mistake with my order, and they fixed it within fifteen minutes. Their customer service is excellent, and all the staff are friendly. This is definitely my go-to pizza place.

The pizza at this restaurant is fantastic, particularly the Melt. I ordered a Melt on Friday, and it was delivered to me in just 20 minutes. Keep up the excellent work!
