I found this quite unsettling, so I mentioned it to the nice girl at the counter and asked her to have the manager make me a new one to ensure it was hygienic. She apologized and went to speak with the manager. Unfortunately, the two staff members gave me dirty looks when I raised my concerns, and the manager seemed indifferent when he came over. I believe it’s essential to prioritize food safety, and I was really uncomfortable watching how they handled my food. To the manager, I recommend properly training and supervising your staff on hygiene practices to prevent any issues with food safety. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit! The calamari was incredibly delicious. The pizza was fresh, and it was great to see the dough being stretched in the preparation area. The steak was slightly overcooked for medium rare, but it was a generous cut, making it still very tasty. The sweet potato fries were also a bit overcooked, but overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we will definitely be back!

The food was fantastic, I had the carbonara linguine while my wife had the chillie prawn linguine. They even made another bowl of linguine after my wife mentioned that the linguine was too hot and spicy(and my wife loves her chillie). The cappuccino was excellent, it didn't taste like the previous 60 coffees that were made. The staff were accommodating, definitely will be coming back.

The pizza had the authentic look and taste of traditional wood-fired pizza. There were a few minor issues with the service, but everything else was exceptional. The staff were incredibly kind and hardworking. I will definitely return for another pizza without a doubt. I just wish I had discovered this place sooner! I ordered here a few times before and was pretty happy with their pizza quality. However, this time I ordered takeaway. The edge of the margarita pizza was noticeably burned! Why did you provide customer with burned pizza?

Amazing food staff, thoroughly enjoyed the dinner. Best pizzas in the west. Definitely going back to taste other items on the elaborate menu. Kids loved watching the pizza base made by hand.

We came after reading the reviews but the meat lover pizza we had was average at best. The chilli prawn linguini was ok, had a decent amount of heat/spice. Overall, it was a decent meal.

Pizza was great until I found not one, but two long blonde hairs.Probably use hairnets if you've got long hair.
