This Pizza King is located in Cicero, which is an up-and-coming small town north of Indianapolis with a happening restaurant scene. The Good: Great food quality. The breadsticks are just what you expect, and pizza quality lived up to the company's reputation. Overall cleanliness of the restaurant was also very good and exceeded my expectations. Room for Improvement: We went on a Friday night at about 6pm, and there was only one server handling every table in the restaurant. He was good, but the poor guy was obviously overwhelmed and understandably stressed. He did his best, but it still resulted in slightly sub-par service, due to no fault of his own. Maybe someone called in sick, but either...
Additionally, the phone system was frustrating— it was hard to hear the person taking our order. I would recommend staying away from tables #13 and #8 because of this issue. I did notice one girl working really hard to deliver orders, and I left her a nice tip for her efforts. However, after customers left, it took a long time for anyone to come out and clean the tables. Overall, it was a disappointing experience. The restaurant was also quite dirty inside. I won’t be returning— they really need to invest in some cleaning supplies.
Awesome! There were 22 of us, 'each and everyone seasoned '. One waitress. She was fantastic! Always had a smiling face, didn 't make us feel rushed. I don 't know how she kept us and our orders straight. There were three couples that shared their orders. There was nothing about our seating order that could have helped her, but as she brought the orders out, she knew what orders went with which couples and delivered them accordingly. My Hawaiian Pizza and Breadsticks were very good. I highly recommend this Pizza King!
I really should know better than to order from this place, but I keep giving them a chance. Unfortunately, it always ends in disappointment. The breadsticks were flavorless, and instead of garlic dill sauce, I received melted butter. On top of that, the food took over half an hour to arrive. I’ve finally learned my lesson: I won’t be returning. Réservez une table maintenant
I only buy from this place twice a year because the prices for their thin pizza are outrageous. We actually went to Cicero Pizza King this time instead, and we got a better deal from the manager, who was very kind! She appreciated our business and made it worth the drive over there. We will definitely be returning!
This pizza is in last place in Cicero in my opinion. It is just standard thin crust pizza. Nothing outright bad but also nothing outright good. They do deliver but it typically takes a really long time to get there so it's always easier to pick it up. And if I'm going to pick it up I'm gonna get bronkos
