My first time eating at this location since they've moved and it was great. The restaurant was clean, the food was tasty, and the service was friendly. I really like that the tristate staple now offers customers the ability to sit and eat in the restaurant. They even have a restroom and a little machine for children to play on. The only thing they could do to make it better be to offer customers the ability to purchase beverages instead of the pricey 20 oz bottles.
I ordered 2 Stromboli’s with extra sauce. I was charged $1.98 for the extra sauce. When I got home to eat, there’s barely any sauce. I called and asked for the manager. He said I had to drive back over there and they would remake them. That is all he was willing to do. I just got in from a long day. I have ordered there for probably 50 years and will never return after this experience.
Money down the drain! I ordered a Stromboli and was disappointed to find that it had no sauce or cheese when I got home. I drove back to request a proper one. The second attempt was even worse—a sandwich with just sauce, no toppings, and missing seasoning. You'd think they would have tried a bit harder after messing up the first one, but apparently not.
I really enjoy their pizza, but I especially love their strombolis. They're always delicious! I usually call in my order right before I head to the checkout when I'm shopping. By the time I'm done checking out, loading my car, and driving over, it's ready for me to pick up. Réservez une table maintenant
I grew up eating pizza king. It was always overflowing with meat and topping. A real mess and so delicious. I have order here about 5 or 6 times maybe more over the last 2 or 3 years and I hate what they have done to this place. It is ruined. The Stromboli is mostly bread.
Worst customer experience ever!!And for sure don't go threw drive thruWings are GROSS!! Not even deep fried, more like boiled ?In response to the owner, we'll at least bake them all the way!!So what about the horrible customer service ?
Best strombolis and the daytime delivery driver is very nice he spends couple minutes to just talk to you to see how your doing and he is the best order something just to meet
we ordered twice since tge move to the new building...we ordered extra sauce both tomes....barely had any sauce on them.....very disappointed Réservez une table maintenant
