I was extremely disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. From the moment I walked in, the lady at the front, Cletilde, was unfriendly, unhelpful, and rude. She failed to address my concerns about the undercooked pizza and instead tried to justify the mistake. The owner also did not handle the situation well, being unresponsive and not following through on their promises. The service was inadequate and the pizza was not up to standard. They did not honor my request for a refund, even after showing them evidence of the undercooked food. Overall, a very disappointing experience.
