Frankly someone exceptional, I spent a week with him in training, he is a very attentive person, very educational, he teaches us good technique, tips and good advice, on top of that these pizzas are really high level (I've eaten pizzas in my life a lot, but these pizzas are among the best I've ever eaten) plus these great homemade sauces (which I learned to make) just gorgeous . So don’t hesitate to take the pizzas, they are so good. Ps: I really think so, it's not licking or anything.. I am very satisfied with my training and I really want to thank you!!!!!
