I had heard a lot about this place, so I decided to order a mega box with meat, chips, salad, pizza, and more. It arrived within 30 minutes, but unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The nuggets were undercooked, the doner meat was cold, the chips were also cold, and the pizza base was chewy and tasted just like dough. I ended up spending £18.50, and it was honestly the biggest waste of my money. I won’t be ordering from here again.
Very disappointed, i asked for my pizza to have very little sauce but it had way too much. The pita bread was frozen and definitely not edible the kebabs were ok but not great, the chips were also overcooked and hard. The customer service was awful and the staff were not prepared to put the problem right. I will never return to ‘pizza palace’ again. Awful excperience.
