We’ve ordered from here before with no issue, but this time, ordering for delivery the whole experience was just terrible, we ordered a pizza and an appetizer on a Tuesday evening around 8, at 9 o clock we called back to ask for an eta (our whole household has worked customer service positions our whole lives, and are very aware and sympathetic as such) and when we called back our server was rude, blamed us, saying we gave a wrong address, which was not at all true, as I confirmed the address with my roommate while on the phone with her, (she didn’t repeat back) and then she demanded we pay over the phone and was basically yelling at us as we told her we would be ordering from another business, generally we’d all be fine waiting but had time restriction on our evening, and didn’t expect a ten minute pizza and three minute drive to cost an hour, (and of course no one called back to ask for a repeat of the address
WOW..... best pizza and food in town great atmosphere friendly owner, and definitely one of my favorite restaurants in the area. Kid-friendliness: Nice place to take the kids they have a picnic area beside the store to hang out and enjoy your food with the family. Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner
