I have to say the worst experience and disappointing, I have enjoyed in the past but won’t back sadly. Not only did I order my food 1hour and 15 min ahead of time and had to wait another 25 min after my pick up time. I get it, it gets busy but my chicken wings had feathers on it and a hair on another one when I got home! Really!!! I could forgive the wait being busy and all but I am absolutely disgusted and with this chicken and that you would have sent food out like this is so gross!! I couldn’t even eat it!
The gyro was decent in taste but definitely overpriced for what it offered. For the price, it could use an extra ingredient or two, and the pita should be more generously filled. Having to add the tzatziki sauce myself takes away from the convenience of fast food. While the staff wasn't particularly accommodating, they did answer my questions with patience. It's great to have a gyro option available, though.
Poor service due to 3/4 Drew loves stealing money from drivers and is a Racist. He makes the environment toxic while service customers lovely micro plastic mozzarella blue pizza or infused fried plastic foods. Rather eat anywhere else than plastic pit. If you do deliver driver for them, they'd just make you sit there looking pretty while the managers Doordash the food out instead
We ordered the chicken strips Big Dipper, to be shared, as we have before. The website has always stated 7 strips, still does, our order tonight came with 5. I called and they told me, oh we do it by ounces now. Well maybe update your website then. We’ve normally had leftovers, did not tonight. I know ownership changed, hope this isn’t a sign of things to come.

I asked for extra every time I order..last time the put light cheese...when I called them out on it and decided to try them again..they dumped 2 lbs of cheese...dead center of pizza....making it almost inedible...so disappointed and angry right now

Not what it used to be. Ordered our pizza, came to pick it up and was told that they never placed the order. ?. Had to stand and wait another 30 min.
I've been to almost 20 states across the country and aside from New Jersey and New York this is some of the best pizza I've had. Highly recommend.
