Very smokey inside, not sure if they have good ventilation but it would really bother someone with allergies. Not much room in the front to handle more than 5 or 6 people waiting for food. No obvious lineup, or physical distancing. If the pandemic rules kick in again, don't expect to see more than 2 or 3 people inside at once.Pizza was meh. Crust was half burnt on the bottom, and extremely similar to Domino's on the top. Cheese seemed just as cheap.Customer service was good. bad experience so far, still not getting my pizza, it's one and a half hours and I haven't got my pizza yet. I called customer service and the driver insisted that he had called my number and delivered the pizza. they managed to destroy my order and didn't believe me. this is extremely poor quality service. their website also never updated from the order processing to order the preparation of the order for delivery. do not use the online service. it was also said that they were not able to reimburse me. the guy on the phone still doesn't believe I didn't get the pizza back. Never seen this kind of hospitality in thompson before. Of course this place is new, so i tried ordering through the pizza pizza app, but saw that money got deducted and order was being prepared. I went to the store to check and found out that the new store had few technical issues with the app. But the manager and employees were so kind that they understood my situation offered me complementary beverages and made my order up quickly and brought it up to my car in the lot. Thanks to the boys at pizza pizza thompson for a hassle free night.

Great food, pleasant staff, and great service. It was extremely busy for them on their opening day., but they were still able to get me my order in 40 minutes. They through in a complementary order of wings and dipping sauces, because they felt bad that I was waiting. I was so impressed with the quality of the food that I went back today. They are definitely much more efficient and the food quality is spectacular.
