We discovered this delightful little pizza restaurant while returning from a fishing trip with my 5-year-old daughter. We decided to order a medium pepperoni pizza, and we were pleasantly surprised to find it was on special! Even better, the staff invited my daughter to help make the pizza, and she was thrilled to take part in the experience. The employees were exceptionally friendly, and the pizza itself was fantastic. I wholeheartedly recommend this place—it's managed by wonderful and kind people, and I sincerely hope they continue to succeed!
I ordered and there was a mistake. They sent me a cheese pizza instead of all dressed. I called customer service to complain and they quickly agreed to send me the right order. The one star on this review reflects the service I got from the delivery girl, which was outrageous, she called me three times to demand that I call customer service back to lie and tell them that I had in fact received the right order when I had not Because this was her job as she put it. I received a call just 15 minutes after placing my online order, letting me know that the restaurant had run out of delivery drivers and was canceling my order. Their website claims that delivery is free if it takes over 50 minutes, but when they cancel due to a lack of drivers, I end up with nothing. I’m not writing this negative review based on just one bad experience; I've faced similar issues multiple times. This is simply a poor way to treat customers.
Stopped off at this lovely little Pizza place on our way back from a fishing outing with my 5 year old daughter. We ordered a medium pepperoni and it happened to be on special. Bonus! Then she asked if my daughter wanted to come help her make the pizza.She was thrilled to help make the pizza : . Staff is very friendly and the pizza is delicious. Highly recommend this place. They call me 15 minutes after I placed my order online to tell me the restaurant ran out of delivery drivers and are cancelling my order. It says on your site 50 minutes or its free but if they call to cancel because they don't have enough drivers then Ilose out. I'm not leaving this negative review because of one bad experience. I'm leaving it because I've had several and it'sjust bad business to treat your customers like that.
I am surprised to see how good the reviews are of this place? The pizza dough is excellent, but twice I have ordered and the cheese is not melted? it?s just dry chunks.. and the poutine is TERRIBLE! There wasn?t even any sauce ????and like two cheese curds. I will not be ordering there again.
