we have ordered pizza directly via the website of pizzaplanet with an announced waiting period of 40 minutes. after over 1 1/2 hours waiting time we were told that the pizza was on the way. After three hours waiting time, we were told again that she was on the road. mega unfriendly staff and after the last phoneat was even simply placed. only unnecessary. never again!
