Pizza Ranch Urbandale

The management was incredibly accommodating. He was polite and very good at making us feel welcomed. They increased the size of the party room for us unexpectedly as a favor, then when it got busy around when our party died down they asked politely to reduce it again. Of course we obliged and quickly moved for them to make dining room. The food was great and quick. The reason I can't give it 5 stars is cleanliness. It is on par for pizza ranch to not be clean, and way cleaner than the pizza ranch in Grinnell, but they need a regular deep cleaning of the tile floor. Especially in the bathroom. Hire it out, corporate should support that

On 1/13/22 my family and I got to pizza ranch right at closing. We asked a worker if we could stay and eat. She then grabbed the manager who let us stay. I have to say all the staff working were very friendly and very professional. We were all very pleased on how they let us stay but very respectful with us. For that we all want to say thank you. I was very happy with everything. The food was very good as to us getting to pizza ranch right at closing. We will definitely be going back. Again thank you to the staff last night.

They bussed my table before my dining experience was done. Was at the buffer. When I returned, bus bin was on my seat, and part of my table was cleared. Bus attendant no where in sight like I was. Was dining alone. Poor experience! Never had this happen before. Put my plate I just got down on the table and left the restaurant sad.

Pizza Ranch is an amazing spot to visit! They serve the best chicken, and their pizza and cheese bread are fantastic. I also appreciate the wide selection available at the salad bar. And of course, the dessert pizzas are absolutely delicious! Réservez une table maintenant

Great experience for my daughter's birthday. We were able to reserve one of the rooms for our somewhat large group (17 of us). They kept the pizzas and the hot food bar well stocked for the entire two hours we were there.

This is a fantastic spot for families, offering a wide variety of meal options for the kids. Plus, the dessert bar is an added treat. We've consistently had wonderful experiences every time we visit.

If you enjoy perfectly roasted chicken, Pizza Ranch offers the best I've ever had. It's incredibly crispy and juicy. That's the only place I will go for fried chicken!
