This restaurant serves the best traditional pizza on the Northern Beaches, if not in all of Sydney. The dough is incredible, cooked in a woodfire pizza oven which creates a delicious amount of charred flavor and salty goodness. They only use traditional toppings, so don't expect ham pineapple or supreme here. Instead, you'll find Bufala mozzarella, sopressa, anchovies, basil, capers, and olives. And don't forget to try their tiramisu, it's absolutely delicious!
My little family of 4 and I had a wonderful time celebrating my birthday with a lunch last Friday it was recommended by a friend, it was our first time and it did not dissapoint the service was excelent and friendly, location and atmosphere is great! The food was delicious, good quality, good size and value for money, we all enjoy our meals and can't wait to be back! Thank you!
Located on a bustling street, this cozy restaurant offers takeout options. They have a large oven that is perfect for cooking authentic Neapolitan pizza over a wood fire. The dough is outstanding, with a chewy texture that many will appreciate. In addition to the delicious pizza, the other menu offerings are also quite good.
Had a great experience with Pizza Riccardo. We wanted a awesome take away pizza and glad we called. I ordered a Woodfired, sourdough Capricciosa. Excellent pizza. This restaurant serves one of the best pizzas I've ever had. The crudo pizza with freshly sliced prosciutto is unbeatable. The service is excellent and the owners are very welcoming. The atmosphere is cozy and it's fascinating to watch the pizza chefs at work.
OMG you have to try this place! The pasta with bottarga was the best pasta EVER! I am in love with this place! The food is amazing ! And the service was great ! Our Italian waitress was so nice and kind that I would have liked to eat her too!!!
We eat here once a week, absolutely love this place!! The margarita pizza, gnocchi, lasagne and tiramisu are the best we’ve had in Australia and very close to the food you would get in Italy!! Highly recommend! The staff are also very lovely
Best wood fired pizza I’ve had in years! It didn’t get cold tasteless by the end like some can… I got the white base (no tomato) fresh mushroom/ricotta one, on a gluten free base… was incredible.. Réservez une table maintenant
Ricardo’s is the best Italian on the Northern Beaches by far! Such great service as well, Sergio always looks after us and even remembers our order. Definitely get in his section if you can :
