the restaurant was not too busy for the seat service, more tables empty than seat. Now we know why. I was excited to find this place. it had decent reviews, but our experience made me apologize for my choice. overall good was more than decent. what was ordered? Double pizzeria, two orders from meatballs and a Philly cheese steak. -cup and chat peteroni (not too spicy, I love the spicy. like capogna’s dugout). meatballs. an order was delicious and the other had a terrible metallic taste. -Philly was quite tasteless, how simple steak-ums service? jayden was our server. nice enough hijacker, but a profi who doesn't look at her table (avoidally contact not to bring plates with apps - had to ask...
I have high hopes that this restaurant can improve its current situation. In the past, it had a more inviting atmosphere. I used to recommend it to many people, but recently the feedback has been negative. It seems like the owner is less involved and the young staff members play loud music. The quality of the pizza has also declined, not to mention the high prices. I used to enjoy their large cakes, but they are no longer available. I hope the management can make some changes and turn things around.
We absolutely adore Pizzarock! The food is consistently delicious and top-notch in my opinion, I believe they serve the best pizza in the city. However, there are certain waitstaff members who seem unenthusiastic every time we visit. One particular waitress never seems to recognize us when we arrive, and when she does, she always tells us there is a 30-minute wait, only to seat us 5 minutes later. This inconsistency is not good for the restaurant's reputation.
that was my wife and I's first time there if we get back day here again we would have to check it out again..very family oriented..fast friendly service and the food portions were awesome...I think if more places would do that... they would do more business with me.... I work hard for my money...I like to enjoy where I spend it...and like I said I would recommend it...I'd stop back when in the area Réservez une table maintenant
Only 2 stars because it was edible. Ordered 2 large pizzas with pepperoni ricotta and black olives. They told me 45 minutes. I came in about 30 minutes after calling and was ignored for about 5 minutes, my pizza was cold and no pepperoni. Cost over 50$. I shouldn't see that much sauce exposed. Skimpy on the cheese, unacceptable for that price. Lost my family's business.
Best pizza, LOVE ther Pepperdews!! Such and unexpected delightful pizza topping. The staff has always been great as well. Its never been too busy when we go for lunch, which is surprising, bc they are an amazing establishment with excellent food and a great staff!!
