I was told not to tell anyone about this local hidden gem. The atmosphere is amazing. Our server was so friendly and personable. She had a smile that up the room. They have a bar if you don't want to sit at a table or booth. The menu is under glass. The food was so good from the appetizers to the main courses. The portions are very generous and noone finished their meals. To go boxes please.
We can't believe we waited so long to come here! Our server, Becka, was fantastic—her service was outstanding. Our 5-year-old, who is usually a picky eater, absolutely loved the food! Everything was delicious, and the flavors were incredible. The chicken piccata was out of this world; it just melted in my mouth. I can't wait to try more items from the menu!
A HIDDEN GEM! The food will send your taste buds on a rocket ship to heaven. The pizza is perfect! The wings are large and flavorful! The wait is a little long but the quality of the food more than makes up for the wait! The atmosphere is also great! It has a home feeling to it and the staff is also super nice! Will be coming back in the future!
This review focuses solely on the pizza. I ordered a plain cheese pie and a pepperoni pie to go. Honestly, they were just edible, but definitely not great—though I admit I'm a bit spoiled by the excellent pizza back in New York. I tried Pizza Shack since Sardos was closed on Sunday. Very tasty and reasonably priced pizzas with a chewy hand tossed crust. The Hawaiian (ham, bacon, pineapple on bbq sauce base) was very yummy with lots of toppings. The pepperoni pizza was good but needed more seasoning. Will admit we are pizza snobs so saying that we would still order again!
Some of the best Manicotti I have had. Our whole party loved their meals. We were in the area on vacation and we will be back next year. Only downfall was the server was not in a good mood and didn't really check up on us. But could have he been the end of a long day for her.
I’ve been eating here since I was 4 years old- now I’m almost 26. It has never changed and it has been over 20 years of the same amazing food. I hope Pizza Shack will stay up and running until I’m old and grey! Couldn’t say enough good things about this place.
