Nach 20 Minuten Wartezeit durften wir im nur dünn besetzten Restaurant unsere Bestellung aufgeben. Bis dahin wurden diverse Getränke einzeln nach draussen auf die Terrasse getragen. Draussen saß u.a. ein Pizzaleum Mitarbeiter (erkennbar am T-Shirt) mit seinen Gästen, wozu auch 2 Kinder gehörten. Diese Kinder hatten offenbar freien Zugang in die Küche, hinter die Theken und sogar an die Eistruhe, wo sie sich unbeaufsichtigt bedienten. Sowas geht gar nicht!! Wozu gibt es Hygienevorschriften und -unterweisung? Dann kam der Pizzabäcker an unseren Tisch um zu sagen, dass es für unsere Pizza della casa keinen Rucola mehr gebe, ob es denn auch Eisbergsalat sein dürfe... Generell schmeckte die Pizza...
The place is nice but boy …the service is sloooowwwww. After being sitting for 10 minutes in a fairly empty restaurant, the lady brought the menu and left without asking what we were willing to drink (first mistake). After another 10 minutes, she took the order …without smiling a single time (poor costumer oriented) …the pizza took quite a while to be served. After a good 20 minutes, we finally got the pizza. Eat …and when we were ready to leave, it took another “forever” for the lady to come, clear the table and bring the bill. So all by all, if you have time …go for it, the food is good, but if you are in a rush or with hungry children, this is definitely not the place to go. Excepting for...
Good food, terrible service. Despite the unknown tomatopeice we found on the pizza, the taste of the food is beautiful. Unfortunately, the food quality was undermined by an extremely tude waitress. We were a couple of times, but this will be our last. We ordered to take away food, and after 30 minutes I mentioned the waitress that the people who came in and ordered after we had already left with a pizza order, they called me that they only work a few people. Even if I told her I didn't complain about the time we expected, just that they didn't prepare in the right order... She was just rude and respectful. We're not going back.
Die Pizza hat trotz einer Wartezeit von 45 Minuten gut geschmeckt. Was gar nicht geht, ist der Service. Das Personal ist unglaublich unaufmerksam und nicht gerade freundlich. Die Preise sind auf einem unverhältnismäßig hohen Niveau (Pizza teilweise 13 Euro / 0,4l Cola 3,90 Euro)Das Ambiente im ehemaligen Autohaus ist kühl und nicht einladend. Tische und auch die Getränkegläser waren leider nicht sauber. Insgesamt ein enttäuschender erster und auch letzter Besuch :-(

There is not a lot of restaurants in this locality, being 15k from Dusseldorf, so this was a delight to find. Situated on an industrial estate, adjacent to McDonalds, it was simply splendid. The food is all cooked to order and is so fresh and vibrant. All the usual Italian dishes, it is easy to forget you are in Germany. Friendly and efficient staff and very good value for money. Who could ask for anything more?
Het interieur ziet er inderdaad mooi en modern uit maar ..... Het eerste wat opvalt is de kleverige vloer , gevolgd door de kleverige tafel. Oorzaak ? Kinderpizza met salami: Zoek de salami! Lasagne: recht uit de diem rise in de oven en bijgevolg helemaal uitgedroogd en de kaaslaag veranderde in een steenachtige laag. De pizza Toro was eetbaar maar de kaas zag er toch maar waterachtig uit.We kwamen niet terug!
Das Ambiente ließ zu wünschen übrig. Im Gastraum stand eine alte ausgediente Spüle. Die seitentheke stand voll mit Gerümpel. Das Wienerschnitzel vom Kalb schmeckte aber war so klein das ein erwachsener davon nicht satt wird und die 5 Pommes die nach 3mal aufgewärmt schmeckten machten die Portion auch nicht größer. Pizza war Hauch dünn und labberig. Wir waren das 1. und letzte mal dort.
I had just landed from the USA for a convention and wanted some Euro-style pizza, and this place didn't disappoint! I got the calzone and my colleague got the Diablo, pepperoni, jalapeño and salami, and both were quite tasty. Don't forget to get mezzo mix to drink and hide your own water bottle in your pocket or bag, I can't stand paying for water.

Hands down the best restaurant in the area. And the food is spectacular. Would do justice to any restaurant irregardless of its location. Service is exemplary and they go out of their way to assist. Will definitely be back again and again.
