It's been 3 times that we've ordered a pizza with extras. Do we specify well-cooked pizza please? A simple Yes Yes to receive a half-baked pizza with soft melted cheese that has no tan. why have to specify it and you don't do it? What's the point of adding 2 minutes of cooking time for a cooked pizza? The pizza this evening, Friday, June 30, was not well cooked, neither for the dough nor for the topping/cheese. I've always ordered from this restaurant without any issues, but tonight was different. I placed my usual order for their popular pizza at 7 p.m., but by 8:10 p.m., I still hadn't received anything. When I called to check on my order, I was told it had just left. After waiting until 8:45 p.m. without my food, I called again, only to be informed that there was no record of my order or that it had been lost. I'm really disappointed with the service.
Finds it very ordinary that it is closed all the construction holidays when on the Web it is marked open. To have worked in catering, if you don't want to work more than that, change fields and go build houses, otherwise there's no reason not to offer more service than that. Honestly, I don't know where to begin. We ordered two combos (pizza, poutine, and Caesar salad) and they were an absolute delight. Flavorful, fresh, loaded with cheese, and the pizza was perfect. It's definitely worth the trip! Oh, and the service was impeccable and friendly. A thousand thanks!
