Nous avons récemment apprécié un très bon dîner d'anniversaire en famille. Après avoir réservé à l’avance, nous sommes arrivés juste un peu plus tard que promis mais ce n’était pas un problème. Nous avons été accueillis avec une chaleur et une gentillesse authentiques. Avoir une petite fille d’un mois avec ... nous n’était pas du tout un problème. On lui a donné une chaise haute et elle s'est jointe à nous pour notre dîner sans aucun problème. Nous avons commencé avec des boissons comprenant Aperol Spritze, un demi-litre de Lambrusco, panaché, coca et eau. Pour le premier plat, nous avons choisi parmi les deux types de Bruschetta disponibles froid? et le Flamkuchen alsacien. J'ai suivi cela...
We came here on the spur of the moment on a Wednesday evening and were surprised to see how full the place was and noisy. On the one side it's quite a cosy place, particularly towards the back of the establishment, despite the location in a fairly industrial part of town. However we sat at a table by the restrooms. At least we got a chance to see all those diners with weak bladders or... who kept passing by us. Service was brisk and efficient. The young lady who looked after us seemed to be very busy but still had a smile of her face when necessary. All four of us had different main courses. We enjoyed a very nice, quiet, family birthday evening dinner here recently. Having booked in advance we arrived just a little later than promised but this wasn’t a problem. We were greeted with genuine warmth and friendliness. Have a 9 month old baby girl with us wasn’t a problem at all. She was given a high chair and she joined us in our dinner with no problems.We started with drinks including Aperol Spritze, a half a litre of Lambrusco, shandy, coke and water. For the first course we chose from the two types of Bruschetta available (cold?) and the Alsatian Flamkuchen. I followed this up with the house Caldo e Freddo special pizza which had little bite size pieces of steak as the main feat...

I have been a guest here several times, but was disappointed on my last visit. The reserved table was in the passageway, squeezed next to a presentation table, although other tables would have been available. The service was alone and overwhelmed. The daily menu was not presented we only noticed that there was one when it was offered to the neighboring table. The food was OK but not exceptional. We sat several times in front of empty glasses and were ignored by the waitress. Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2
