Pizzeria Cortile - Réserver une table

Always saw this place down the road and never really took a chance to stop by until recently, and I can whole heartedly say that I feel so disgusted with myself for have taking so long to finally try this place! My wife and I ordered a Sausage and Peppers pizza with mushrooms and pepperoni and a Caesar salad to start off together. The Caesar salad might have been one of the best ones we have ever had especially with the home made croutons!! The pizza came in with all its perfections and had some of the freshest ingredients. I know people who have worked here, and the employees are neither paid nor treated fairly. If you start out in a position, and then you get a promotion to a higher,better paying position, you are entitled to a raise with the promotion to the higher paying position. The owner of this business will hire in kids, start them out at a low level position, promote them to a higher paying position, and then never give them their earned and deserved raise in pay. You cannot pay someone who is literally making the pizza, the same amount they were making when they were washing dishes. The pizza is amazing, the management sucks

Excellent place. We sat in the outdoor area which has huge ceiling fans, so the heat was not a problem at all despite being about 90 degrees outside. We took our dogs and our server was really nice to bring them water without being asked. The pizza was fantastic (we tried chorizo, fancy pants, bianca, more than cheese, and the puffy bread with burratta) I highly recommend Pizzeria Cortile for its excellent food and amazing service and can’t wait to return when I visit Chattanooga in the future.

Food was expensive, small, and very bland. Didn't realize you could mess up pizza on this level. They wanted to be a particular style of reasturant but did not have the service nor quality to match but they did have the prices to match

Beautiful food! The wood fire oven is the real master here. I highly recommend this place. Amazingly good quality yet simple pizza. I left full and feeling good :
