I must say from the beginning that the food was very good. My friend enjoyed all three courses and said he really enjoyed everything. I had a pizza and I enjoyed that as well. It is unfortunate they the service leaves so much to be...desired. A friend I spoke with later absolutely raves about the place so I think if you are a regular customer you may be treated a bit better. We had not booked and popped in on the off chance that they had a table free. It was busy but a few tables were free. The waiter took the order and that was OK. Italienisch geführtes Restaurant mit kompakter Bestuhlung auf zwei Ebenen. Sanitärbereich nicht zu beanstanden. Pizzen, Pasta und Nudelgerichte in großer Auswahl. Pizzen groß und in ausgezeichneter Zubereitung. Die lange Wartezeit von mehr als 45 Minuten führt zur Abwertung. Verursacht wurde die Wartezeit durch Zwischenbedienung der umfangreichen Laufkundschaft. Eine bessere Ablauforganisation wäre wünschenswert. Im Übrigen eine sehr empfehlenswerte Pizzeria mit einem sehr guten Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

Warum heißt es in Frankfurt, der beste Italiener sei Da franco in Bornheim weil es stimmt das bezeugen täglich volle Tische und darunter nicht selten VIP und Sterneköche. und trotzdem für jedermann zum unveränderten Preis immernoch und hoffentlich für immer danke da franco Ein Fleck Italien mitten in Frankfurt, hausgemachte Pasta alla Mama.
