Michele’s Bolognese: Das Hackfleisch-Flüster-Gericht Ich war bei Michele und habe seine Spaghetti Bolognese probiert. Ehrlich gesagt frage ich mich, ob das Gericht überhaupt wusste, dass es eine Fleischsoße sein sollte. Die Menge an Hackfleisch war so minimalistisch, dass sie wohl unter Naturschutz stand. Ich bin mir nicht sicher, ob ich ein paar Krümel oder nur den Schatten eines Rindes auf meinem Teller hatte. Es war die kulinarische Mogelpackung des Jahres: nichts für Fleischesser und nichts für Vegetarier (die würden sich beleidigt fühlen). Und die Farbe? Sie war rot. Zweifellos rot. Aber nach Tomate schmeckte das Ganze so wenig wie ein Briefkasten nach Urlaub. Es war eine traurige, eind...
original, flashy, friendly and very nice service, great wein and pizza can make them definitiw nothing better. teig perfectly crispy and not too economical. this is pizza! it was a great evening to soon. kindness: the host was good with our children and made fun.
Michele Scuro has been an integral part of Winterbach for over 24 years. Sensational pizzas made of self-made dough. Various pasta dishes, as well as the typical Michele Show during serving. I feel comfortable here.
