Wir haben bei dieser Pizzeria Essen to go bestellt. Leider war die Erfahrung enttäuschend. In den Penne Pistacchio befanden sich Fischreste, Gräten sowie eine ganze Knoblauchzehe, was absolut nicht akzeptabel ist. Auf einer Schinkenpizza waren zudem Pilzreste verteilt, obwohl diese nicht bestellt wurden. Bei einem früheren Besuch wurden die übrig gebliebenen Spaghetti einfach auf die übrig gebliebene Pizza geschüttet und so in Alufolie verpackt mitgegeben – ebenfalls sehr unprofessionell. Schade, denn geschmacklich ist das Essen eigentlich gut. Im direkten Vergleich ist die andere Pizzeria im Ort jedoch mit weitem Abstand besser, sowohl was Qualität/Geschmack als auch Sorgfalt betrifft.

Ich habe 3 Pizzas telefonisch bestellt. Er hat gesagt, in 30 Minuten kann man sie holen. Bin nach 30 Minuten da gewesen und habe trotzdem noch im Etna 1 Stunde warten können. Hat aber in der Zeit 2x nachgefragt, was ich bestellt habe. Das ist echt unverschämt. Keine Entschuldigung, nix. Da sieht man, die haben die Nase ganz weit oben.

Im ETNA essen gehen ist ganz ok. Die Pizzen sind ganz gut. Nudeln waren viel zu wenig auf dem Teller und die Tiramisu schmeckt wie Wasser. Was mir sauer aufstösst, wenn man die Herren vom ETNA am Wertstoffhof sieht, wie sie ihren Hänger leeren und da ihre Küchenschürzen anhaben. Hat mit Hygiene wenig zu tun
