Note moyenne entre 4 et 5 injustifiés, la qualité des pizzas peut être médiocre en fonction de la personne assignée à leur création, ce qui comprend entre autres une pâte mince mais bland sans flexibilité brûlée aux bords, une mauvaise flattée et souvent négligée topping, une circonférence inférieure à la norme affichée... les precedents ont déjà été notés mais apparemment sans correction, donc repetition de l'erreur supposée... Ne me répondez pas avec des sourires souriants, mais en améliorant la qualité de votre service.

Olivier is a great pizza maker. It’s a pleasure to come to La Valéria. Excellent pizzas and good mood guaranteed Tonight March 5, 2023 last evening at La Valéria. Olivier hands over to David and Charlotte. For the occasion he invited family, friends-clients, client-friends, Christian Pitard the mayor and his successors to taste his last pizzas free of charge. The dough is overcooked on the sides and not at all in the center, the tomato sauce tasteless, the tomatoes taste like water, the overcooked ground steak thrown in bulk is barely cut... frankly a big disappointment despite the positive reviews. Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner
