I wanted to order for 13€ and pay with EC card, which has always been possible until then for the minimum order value of 10€, but an extremely unfriendly lady said that from now on 20€ are needed. The legal business ended. Which would actually lead me to a small compensation from c.i.c.,§280 I, 241 II, 311 II BGB. I was blocked in the app. The service is therefore more than inadequate.
