carbonara pasta was moderate, profiterole were great, but the star was shkembe! the trip suppe was fantastic, it came with a spicy chili pepper on the side, white vinegar and smetana or acid looked. honestly great suppe, I couldn't stop it. needs a hauch of salt and a little chili powder on the green chili that came with it, but it was absolutely delicious.
