After reading many of these reviews I see that the manager always comes back with a comment to avoid admitting how bad this place is, take it from me you should really steer clear. The place was empty when we arrived with lots of staff towards the back of the restaurant and although we hadn’t booked (we had tried but their website wouldn’t work! we were, after standing waiting for at least 5 minutes offered a table. As an english speaking family we tried our best to understand the menu and we appreciated there was a QR code to show us the menu in English. Several negative points in this restaurant. Firstly, we arrived early, there weren 't many people in the restaurant, but the center was full and noisy so we asked to be placed in one of the rooms at the back. The waiter told us that they were closed, except that 30 minutes later people were placed in these rooms. Second, we waited a really long time for our food only to have two of the pizzas arrive burnt, one was missing ingredients, and the more expensive one was small. We dare to say something to the waiter who packs us up and at the end of the meal dares to make an inappropriate joke about our remarks. Suffice to say that it did not happen. Decent cuisine. We have to sit on a table right in front of the McDonald 's despite the two empty rooms inside being closed according to the waitress. And a carafe of water costs 4 francs even if you have already ordered two drinks. Especially the waitress is not at all competent. Should be avoided.
Very arrogant and rude behavior, welcoming a customer must be at least respectful.....is there a sign that says to wait???? That's fine, but at least you should apologize if the customer tells you he's been waiting to be noticed for 15 minutes. Bad very bad .

Pizza de thon avec une coupe trop légère, un peu de thon au centre mais la pâte est bonne. presque comme les tiges de brocoli, à peine 2-3 bouquets dans les pâtes de pesto-brocolis, pas de fromage râpé livré. tiramisu sans goût et fade, immangeable.
Pizza froide et sèche pendant que je vis 5 minutes à vélo, accrochée sur les bords, et garnir sauf pour mettre très froid, donc tout était froid. J'ai eu l'intention de commander cinq minutes de chez moi pour manger chaud, mal! Plus jamais.
Not a good experience. A 16oz of water is 4? We were 5 people and everywhere else is free! 2 bottles of water for 5 people was 8francs. The waitress was lazy and hardly helped us. Not a good time. Pizza was OK. Nothing great.
4 fr per carafe of water!!!!!!! It's a joke. No one will take me for a pigeon again, except for pizza! At its price I would have preferred a better quality pizza. 3 different servers, with a smile it would be better
