1 hora esperando a que llegará el pedido para que cenarán los niños. Nos dijeron que el pedido estaría en 40 minutos. Desde las 23h hasta 00:15 esperando a recibirlo. Más de 51 llamadas para reclamarlo y el teléfono comunicando (ya podrían poner más líneas) y cuando consigo hablar con ellos (porque ellos no llamaron para comunicar que iban con retraso) me dicen que se han quedado sin masa ¡Una pizzería sin masa!, que excusa más cutre. No es la primera vez. En otras ocasiones faltaban porciones, en la de anchoas ni una anchoa venía, porciones equivocadas. Intentando darles un voto de confianza y siempre alguna incidencia. Y que decir del trato telefónico, que poca educación. Nada recomendable...

Pizzería icónica en Arganda. Lleva muchos años con nosotros, por algo será, no crees? La pizza es espectacular, 100% casera, porciones gigantes y super buenas. Quizá lo único que puedo decir un poco negativo, y ahora explico, es el tiempo. Pero entiendo que se demore, porque te lo preparan todo al momento, súper rico y fresco. Así que, sabiendo esto, anticipate y pide con tiempo. Te aseguro que merece la pena! We have ordered them to take away and a girl (who later brought us the pizzas) has attended us by phone and has given us super good advice. It's nice to find professionals like this, who advise from the truth and not to sell. It was the second time we ordered and we will do it again for sure !! It is a place we have been going to for more than 25 years, we started out as couples, then married, children were added and now we go alone again. The owners are charming and the pizzas...mmmmmm delicious, there are no better ones. In summer on your terrace, in winter inside or to take away. I was on Friday having dinner on the terrace, despite the fact that the pizzeria was full both inside and outside, they treated us great, the pizzas were always good.
