Just had the most excellent and genuine Italian meal out for a long time. This restaurant is an absolute gem. It is a great example of a genuine Trattoria delivering good, simple, honest Italian food and pizza. The food is simple but beautifully cooked and...full of flavour. My wife had the fish menu of the day with beautiful Tuna carpaccio to start, followed by perfectly cooked Fillets of Sea Bass. I had an excellent Buffalo mozarella and tomato starter followed by a stylistically bolognese. The bolognese was full of flavour and clearly all home made. Pasta cooked to perfection and a plentiful quantity. We both had excellent profiteers with ice cream and heavenly chocolate sauce. Our accomp...

a nice little Italian in the middle of the 7th district. eating was really good and dressed nicely. the maestro also recommends the guests wee and dine and dessert. there is also a small dining room garden in the gasthof well shaded, which is particularly pleasant on hot days. the menu is clear, but not as lush as with large restaurants that I find very pleasant. the pizza card is very detailed and with a rich selection of pizzas. a star that I have left out at the review, it could be a little more nude dishes, the teigware are delicious and they get a kind of rom flair in the evening and forget that they are in. in any case they should enjoy a wine there as well as the tagliatelle or raviol...

What a gem this restaurant is! Tucked back on a side street and small maybe 10 tables it seems to be a family run restaurant. I need to eat gluten free so I happily made a reservation. There are a variety o pizza choices...and I believe they can do lactose intolerant and vegan as well. The pizzas are 31cm (12 inches) so we split one. The crust is up there with the best of any I've eaten. They cook the pizza in a foil pan to avoid cross contamination in the oven. The mixed salad was huge although priced at 5 euro and we split that as well. You can get bottles of wine or carafes of house red or white. Staff was patient and speak English, German, and Italian for sure. Service was great.
