Samstagabend, große Lust auf Pizza. 17:45 schnell online Bestellt. Bestätigung kommt, essen wird gegen 18:55 Uhr geliefert. 19:10 immer noch kein Essen da. Nach etlichen Versuchen im Restaurant telefonisch durchgekommen. Bestellung wurde vergessen, man verspricht mir, dass das Essen in spätestens 30 min., ehr früher, geliefert wird. Das Essen kam dann jedenfalls pünktlich. Aber bestellen werden wir nichts mehr. War nicht das erste mal, dass die Bestellung vergessen wurde und mit großer Verspätung kam. Wir haben 4 Pizzen bestellt und 1x Nudeln Lieferzeit 2h also wollten wir das essen Abholen.Wir Sollten nach 30 min kommen,nach weiteren 30 min warten haben wir mal nachgefragt wie lange es dauert. Also er meinte er es würde noch dauern es wären noch 2 Kunden vor uns.Also haben wir unsere Bestellung Storniert.Meiner Meinung nach war der Koch Überfordert. Habe 3 Pizzen bestellt,wurden nach 2,5 Stunden teilweise schwarz geliefert. Habe mich darauf hin telefonisch beschwert,die Chefin hat sich mehrmals bei mir entschuldigt,siewar sehr nett und entgegenkommend.Einige Tage später war ein 20 Euro Gutschein im Briefkasten den ich auch eingelöst habe. Wir waren das erste Mal dort und haben sehr leckere Pizza gegessen. Die war riesige 40cm im Durchmesser und sehr gut belegt .
