Pizzeria Raices

Pizzeria Raices has recently moved to Valencia from Godella. The restaurant is very clean, with an open kitchen, where you can see the owner, Luis Miguel, prepare all the wonderful appetizers, pizzas, and desserts. All the pizzas are handmade with top quality (Italian) ingredients and the dough is as important as the ingredients. This is not your chain restaurant kind of pizza, but a passionately handmade Neapolitan pizza, prepared in front of your eyes. To me, this is definitely the best pizza in Valencia, and even at a great price as well! Highly recommended and we have become regulars and will be back after this 3rd lockdown!

There are times that an experience is as rewarding as food. what impressed me was kindness, the flexibility of jumping on time a rule regardless of understanding it perfectly, because this pizzeria does not serve at home, nor does it admit collections. but it does it to preserve so flavors and not give a product collected in a box. We obviously settled down to enjoy so pizzas whenever possible but the best was the deal. By the way, the pizza got me a lot and I've been carrying a few in this life.

A really fun evening with two very helpful and friendly staff.. They helped us with our choices and made sure we felt comfortable with the whole experience. The pizzas are light and fluffy with delicious fillings. Good value. We were the oldest ones there so it is aimed at the younger generation but we didn't feel out of place. Very busy. Would definitely recommend.

I have tried almost all the pizza and are very good with top quality ingredients, the deal is very familiar and you can see the “pizzaiolo” hand to the work because the kitchen is the view.
