I would rather give 0 stars!!! In May we received a voucher of € 50 from the Pizzeria Romeo as a gift. Shortly before the start I accidentally noticed that the voucher has an expiry date of 5 months after the purchase date and has expired 3 weeks. It seemed very strange to me that a voucher can fall within 5 months. We're still here and I've addressed the problem with the boss. Since this Italian is a demanding gastronomy, I was sure you would just give me a new voucher. The boss told me that the voucher was valid for only 5 months. The voucher was therefore worthless. We then ate something and the two small drinks were given to us during payment. At home, I informed myself about vouchers and their expiry date and found that such a short expiration period is legally inadmissible. Then I described this incident again by e-mail and waited for an answer from the boss personally. There never came an answer, and I am seriously disappointed by this restaurant and find such an action really sad. If you really want to be a top gastronomy, you shouldn't be with customers like that. You can still report to me and make this action good again.
