green Thursday, the relativeity in the old house awaits again after a long time and so we go to the swabland. I train first to fulda to be collected by women and children with the car. because our small family is reunited on the railway station and becomes a general starving feeling wide, we look at google maps for opportunities to return in the nearer environment. the tomate seems to be the appropriate place to confuse the family. on the first look a beautiful little Italian with small wood and white tablecloths. also the many black-and-white photos (usually pictures of guests in this place, which pave the entire walls. behind the counter is an open kitchen where you can see the work of the cook. on the second look could be wiped dust on one or the other picture, the walls can carry fresh color, the tablecloth has light tracks and the food cards that are already on the table have their best days behind for a long time. the service, a lady no longer quite in the middle age greets us and shows us a table. After we left a page in the cards, it comes back and asks for our drinks. it should be 2 small sprite (0,2l 2, € , 1 mineral water (0,25l 1,80 € and 1 small spezi (0,2l 2, €) that should also be consumed. since we actually only get on the way through this is ok for us and we order: 2 x small pizza tonno with whirl (each 6,20 € 1 x small part spaghetti bolognese (5,80 € 1 x papardelle with stone mushrooms (11,90 € the drinks came quite fast at our table and after not too long waiting time then the other dishes served. all the dishes, also declared as small portions, were quite large. the pizza was in the far the best of the ordered dishes (which should not be much hot unfortunately. the floor, a little thick advised, was at least reasonable enough baked. that was from the thick but a little faded. overall, however, at least ok. in both pasta the pasta was cooked significantly too long and also too soft for old German conditions. the bolognese tasted somewhere between 4 times and bad sensibilities (no, I don't think this is actually a convenient thing that the stone fungus to the papardelle were rather mixed with a muffy rice with aromaless tomato pieces. refined with two hairy cuffs that appeared between the nudes. when the service finally made clear (we had called them before we lost our table again and saw the full teller that had not cost some irritated demand. on my clear statement no and my note to the hairballs, the tellers were removed and a shameful apologies murmurled. which was then paid without problems and there was a proper document, although something was undercooled, we were still relocated. Rating: the environment would be if they were to hand-close the color brush again, new cards and the sanitary facilities were something on the front brute completely around. that's enough for only 3 stars. cleanliness goes hand in hand with the necessity of the renovation of the space areas. the dust deposits on the pictures and leave the previous guests on the table cloth. I'm coming to just about 3 stars. the service has started quite neatly, but then leave. Here I come to 2.5 stars. about eating, the pizza saves the total catastrophe. I can't give more than 1.5 stars in total. the price-performance ratio is then naturally also dominated by the poor diet and cannot be over 2.5 stars. Conclusion: I say it with the words of my youngest: we would have gone better on the moc, that is a total note, which is somewhat below the average of the individual.

First of all the need to update the opening hours on TripAdvisor. We went there at 4pm just to see a sign that they are closed until 5pm. The pizza is very nice but the salad is less than average. The interior of the restaurant itself could be more appealing. It has little to zero charm. The only special touch are the interesting photographs on the walls.

Very good simple restaurant in center of Fulda. well located, nice restaurant for lunch or dinner staff was very kind . classical style. very quiet location. I will be back !
