Bestellung per Online Shop lief sehr schlecht ab. Wir mussten nach 30 Minuten Wartezeit dort anrufen und wollten nachfragen, wie der Stand sei. Die Rückmeldung war, dass die Bestellung noch nicht mal gesehen wurde. Übrigens zahlt man über den Shop auf alles 1€ mehr. Als dann endlich alles bearbeitet wurde, bekamen wir auch die Lieferung. Hier sollten 2 Pizzen 28cm groß sein, wie ausgewählt. Beide waren jedoch nur 25cm groß. Zudem hat auch der Extrabelag gefehlt, den wir dazu bestellten. Nach einem Telefonat wurde uns zugesichert, dass die Pizza die richtige Größe hätte, was sie nicht hatte, und das wir den Belag als Geld erstattet bekommen, der Drucker hätte unleserlich gedruckt. It's been worse for three years. Initially simply bombastic, meanwhile only the pizza still tastes the chopped meat and the number 97. Today pizza sandwich ordered, is on the map with mixed salad and sauce. What was it? Herb salad and a tomato slice. No pizza dough, neither cheese. No 97 but as always very tasty, therefore the two stars. Little tip: Make the salad extra at the pizza sandwich so you can tip it at home. Then the salad is also not warm and still green when it arrives at home and I order again; so definitely not anymore
We were there with 20 people. From toddler to senior. The food was served diligently and additional requests were also received. von Außen gesehen etwas altbacken. von Innen aber sehr ansprechend. Mahlzeit: Nudeln mit brokkoli-Schinken-Sahnesoße kam schnell. Für den schnellen Mittagstisch absolut zu empfehlen. unfortunately not what it was. always misorder, calculated ingredients are missing, discussions regarding delivery. that is not a service. The smaller and a tin plate for 10€, where the dish is only half filled, unfortunately does not go. we were the longest time torino customers!
