Pizzeria Vulkana - Réservation de table

Wir haben schon mehrfach spontan einen Tisch für 7 Personen bekommen, auch wenn alle Tische reserviert waren hat die Chefin irgendwo ein Zeitfenster freigeschaufelt. Auch bei unserem letzten Besuch war das Essen trotz vollem Haus zügig auf dem Tisch, geschmacklich top und reichlich. Einzig die Servicekraft wollte uns einfach keine große Flasche Wasser bringen. Wir haben 2 bestellt, da meinte sie, die seien ja groß, da könnten wir uns ja eine teilen. Wir bestellten trotzdem 2 Fkaschen und bekamen 2 kleine Gläser. Haben es dann aber auch aufgegeben. Kommen trotzdem gerne immer wieder hierher.

Large open pizzeria, in which unfortunately the acoustics also suffer: normal conversations with room loudness not possible. The food is ok and the prices are reasonable, but it is suspicious that you can no longer pay with card. Both 8 weeks ago, when we had sat outside and 1 week later inside, we were told that we could not pay with card, even though we had previously asked for a different service. As this seems very suspicious, we will no longer spend our money here and go elsewhere.

ambience very successful and pleasant, map offers many variations, price/performance well, but it has in service: even the chef's. as regular guest are completely forgotten regular guests in the restaurant. they must pay attention to themselves several times if they want a drink. at the end they have to get up and contact the staff at the counter. but it won't be better. Pity!

Essen war sehr gut, Rumpsteak medium wie bestellt die Soßen einmal Pfeffer,einmal Gorgonzola ebenfalls sehr lecker. Leider konnten die Tortellini da nicht mithalten (offenbar Conviniece). Der Service war auch obwohl sehr zahlreich überfordert. Sehr lange Wartezeit nach dem Essen da hätte das ein oder andere Getränk noch verkauft werden können. Frutti di mare bestellt. Meeresfrüchte waren zäh Muscheln hart und ständig Krabben nicht entdarmt. Meiner bitte dem Chef Bes heid zu sagen wurde nicht entsprochen wir mussten den vollen Preis zahlen. Habe meinen 50 Geburtstag dort gefeiert Toller Service Tolles Essen Schönes Ambiente Jeder Km (130 )hat sich für mich und meine Freunde gelohnt Leider kann man nur 5 geben .... Vielen Dank für den schönen Abend Liebe Grüße aus Düren Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
