Pizzeria Zum Schwanen

I ordered a lapping steak with onions and salad. Usually, a lobe steak is a piece of the high rib and is about 3-4 cm high. I ordered it medium. I got a meat with a thickness of at most 1.5 cm (sawed like a butterfly steak so that a piece of Fleich did not cut completely through the edge and then folded). Sehr gute Küche mit exzellentem Service...leider muss ich die 5 Sterne korrigieren...als Stammkunde immer sehr zufrieden...heute abend eine Mega Enttäuschung...Salat ohne Pepp...kein Dressing...nix...in der Pizza Galzone befanden sich überwiegend Spargeln...im Februar???...Angeblich wird ein neuer Teig ausprobiert...Reaktion auf Kritik....Null...Schade in komplizierten Zeiten

Sehr nette Bedienung. Waren zu Zweit und hatten jeder eine Pizza und einen Salat. Die Pizzen waren saftig und hatten gleichzeitig einen knusprigen Rand. Lecker. Der Salat war absolut frisch mit einer genialen schmackhaften Soße. Sehr gute Pizza.

Guter und flotter Service. Auch wenn die Carbonara mit gekochtem Schinken und Sahne „eingedeutscht“ war …geschmeckt hat sie .
