To improve the experience for both staff and customers, I suggest implementing an ordering app on the tables. This would help reduce long lines and make it easier to navigate around them. Additionally, offering more smaller meal options and special deals would be beneficial.
Eat was great! all staff are very friendly and helpful! the live entertainment was excellent! the drink special was amazing! would recommend everyone to spend a fabulous evening!

great atmosphere for a city pub. a lot to choose from in the menu. the food comes out very quickly. the personal is great.
