Place Dufferin - Réservation de table

Knowing that I was going to be stopping in Quebec City on my cruise, I booked a spot at Place Dufferin’s weekend high tea event in advance directly on their website. Very easy. In short, it was wonderful! I was seated by a bright and cheery window overlooking the river. They served amazing scones, sandwiches and desserts as well as delicious spiced tea. There is a nice selection of teas to choose from at the start. I have been to other high teas before and this was one of the very best. The Servers are kind and prompt. It was about $75 USD including the 20 percent tip. The music was lovely as is the Château! Don’t forget to look around inside the hotel. This tea is worth the 60 to 90 minutes...

I brought 3 lady friends with me for this experience and everyone seemed to enjoy themselves. The only thing we all were commenting on that we think could be improved was how the tea was served. If the tea leaves had been in a removable mini cage it would have prevented the tea from steeping too long and becoming bitter. Or a different tea could be paired and served with each mini course.Thank you Place Dufferin for a beautiful afternoon tea.

I give this place 5 stars for the atmosphere and 4 stars for the food, mainly because I found the waffles to be a bit dense. However, the croissants, jam, and potatoes were absolutely delicious. Overall, it’s a fantastic spot for a stylish family or couples breakfast. I loved it!

We got to enjoy the breakfast buffet as part of our bed and breakfast package with the fairmont. It exceeded our expectations. Lots of choices, wonderful service, food was fresh and warm. Can’t wait to go back for breakfast tomorrow. Hoping for the same experience! Réservez une table maintenant

Did the afternoon tea. Lovely place, food was great, and our server Patrick was wonderful. Don't know what it is with Fairmounts and their piano players, talented but too loud. Bathroom was disgusting, been in better Porta Potties in the field.

It beautiful morning at the Place Dufferin- breakfast, the service is vice nice and the breakfast is delicious with variety of choices, sit near by the window looking out at the view of the landscape and the St-Laurent River

We had an amazing afternoon tea here. Price was reasonable and tea with food was also a good amount. We loved everything except the duck sandwich. Definitely worth trying.

The full buffet is definitely worth the cost! The staff were very friendly and clearly bilingual.
