However, the cashier then pointed out the children’s menu without me asking. It was conveniently located near the door, making it easy for my 5 and 6-year-olds to see. Since one of them could read, we ended up choosing two 12-ounce smoothies for $4.99 each instead. I felt that the smoothies were still a bit pricey, especially compared to the children’s menu prices. My suggestion is that the staff should allow customers time to make their decisions rather than jumping in to show options before they are asked. The girl was nice but that was the worst smoothie I?ve ever had. It was given to me already separated and watery as if it had been sitting on the counter for 30 minutes or more. I ordered the pineapple kale smoothie inside and sat there waiting for 10minutes. I?m pretty sure I was given someone else?s old smoothie.
Smoothies are amazing!! By far the best Planet smoothie location, The employees behind the counter are extremely friendly and helpful. I was greeted when I walked in and the employee behind the counter informed me that she was in training but still made my smoothies fast and carried conversation.
I visit this restaurant frequently. I just bought a 32 oz smoothie for $9.09 and requested a wide straw instead of the regular one. The girl refused, saying they only use them for boba drinks, which cost about the same or even less! It's so petty and cheap! Great customer service, right? Réservez une table maintenant
