Neglect online orders. Arrived at the pickup time, waited in line, inquired about online order. Employee said she had not gotten to those yet as it was quite busy, then proceeded to help the people just walking in while continuing to neglect online orders. It would’ve been faster if I had just ordered in person.

Although they don't run as many promotions as Waterford, still my place. Less crowded than Waterford, fast and friendly service! Best smoothies I ever had.
