I experienced terrible service at this restaurant. The staff members were rude and completely ignored me while I was waiting in the store. They were walking around like no one was waiting for assistance. It was surprising to see another customer walk in and be immediately greeted. Only after that customer had their order taken did they finally ask me if I had been helped. I waited entirely too long for just a small drink.
I love going to the Planet Smoothie in Altamonte Springs. The smoothies are always consistent and delicious. The general manager goes out her way to remember your name and order when you walk through the doors with excellent customer service. I go out my way and grab my smoothie from this location as I don’t get the same service at other locations. I would highly recommend the Amazon Kick smoothie.
I've ordered for pickup through the app ten times, and they only got my order right twice. The online ordering system is a joke, and when I spoke to the staff, they told me, "You really have to pay attention," as an excuse for the mistakes. I tried reaching out to the manager, but didn’t get a response. Overall, it was a terrible experience—though I have to say, the smoothie was good.
