Don’t ever order from this planet wings they are the worst. I have has three orders in a row and they have messed it up every time. They clearly do not read online orders correctly. And then they have the nerve to ask what I would like them to do about it? What I would love is to have my order correct and delivered to me correctly. So no don’t order from here unless you’d like your order to be wrong time and time again. I’m not wasting my money here anymore.
Normally, my order is usually correct. I placed an order today, waited in the store for my order and they are missing a Dino Nuggets order that I paid for and have not been answering the phone for the past hour. I felt terrible because my niece had her food and my nephew had nothing to eat and I’m out $7. Losing money is never fun but the fact that my nephew thinks I didn’t bring him anything sucks.

AND DIDNT RECIEVE MY ORDER UNTIL 7:04 PM . when i finally got my order it wasnt made correctly ! and the delivery driver forgot my drinks and told me i had to wait until his other deliverys were made! i am so furious i want a refund ! save yourself the headache DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE
So far I've been here twice in the past few months. Both times they screwed up my order. Even after repeating it 3 times! Staff is rude even when being polite and friendly, as I am at all establishments who handle my food. So, it's off putting when they can't get an order right and are rude to boot. The closest planet wings to me closed so I went to this one and it has a much prettier interior and better seating than the orangeburg location had. Service is just as good and fast and the food tastes just as great. My favorite is the honey bbq
Ive ordered from here multiple times and never had a major issue except maybe one time i waited a little over an hour for my food. That being said, that was the only time and i just ordered last week in fact. Try the gyro, it was pretty good!
I had gotten boneless BBQ terryakki wings and they messed that up, already I'm mad, next when I was eating the wings there was little to no chicken on the wing. Please improve your service. I ordered online)
