A bit cold welcome, barely a “hello”. Disastrous bar service with two young people who are doing their best but who are clearly not trained to provide bar service... in short, we go there for the game but not for the welcome. The place is pleasant, clean and of high quality. To complete following your response I know the job very well and I don't blame young people. It may simply be enough to teach them and make them want to! I know the difficulties of the job

No commercial gesture even though the track was blocked for 10-15 minutes. It's expensive and the lady at reception who is in her fifties is unpleasant. I won't set foot there again. 01/27/24

We came this Wednesday, for my son's birthday with his friends. Ideal place to celebrate its 10th anniversary. And very warm welcome. They had a lot of fun!
