I have always enjoyed the lounge bar, the atmosphere and service have never disappointed, yet had such a bad experience this last time and I need to share it in hopes that the bar will focus on improving their service. We were a large group celebrating a birthday. Firstly, I waited quite a while to have my order taken and to get it after. I ordered an Aperol spritz, a very common aperitif that any bar serves. The waitress confirmed my order and brought me instead a bellini looking drink with prosecco, saying that this is what the bartender said is an Aperol spritz. There was no Aperol in this drink. My friend made the same order apparently and had a completely different drink brought to her,...
We visited this lounge and even though there was no space at the beginning, the waitress made some arrangements for us to enjoy the night. The music was great, the service was top, nice welcome and farewell, nice drinks recommendations.
If you need a drink after a diner. This is the place. More relax than a bar just enjoy the place the drinks and the service. Employees are cool, dedicated. I like this place!
The restaurant is very busy and noisy, but that is to be expected. The atmosphere of the restaurant gives off a classic vibe with its wooden decor and dim lighting.

Beautiful people, staff and decor, kind of sums it up. Whether your staying here or from another hotel it's rally a great vibe, the staff is super and friendly. A+

Chic atmosphere with excellent service. There are many signature drinks that were delicious. They had a DJ who spun great music.
the service was mazing we sat there for almost the whole day in a business meeting and they were totally cool with it
