unfortunately my experience was less than expected! I asked for a room in the upper floor as they have large windows and a balcony, as I am a little claustrophobic, but no available. I had a room under the staircase, with a concrete wall in front of the window, so no natural light at all and no prospect. the t.v had very limited channels in this age of netflix etc. around 5.06 clock the tw turned in and scared me half to the dead! I am more profitable and saved for a tasty after a funeral, unfortunately the stay over the night of my sad mood did not help!

the staff was very friendly and friendly. room was spacious and comfortable. close to shops and a pizza place. the breakfast in the hotel restaurant was great. only unhappy experience was during the park at the reception waiting for my wife to settle our account, a very rude woman abused me because she was there. hopefully she is not a personal! room: 5

fantastic place to stay in toowoomba. beautiful large rooms very clean and modern. all about this place is 5 stars. make sure they have breakfast and dinner in their restaurant, which is excellent. friendly staff and cheap prices for meals and rooms. we won't stay anywhere else when we come back. room: 5 service: 5 location: 5.
