Appalling first meal was a Calzone it was burnt all over the outside… and was still served to us! We sent it back and a second try the middle of the calzone was cold! On a third try it was reasonable but not particularly good very watery inside. No apology was given. Our other meal was a beef schnitzel 37chf and paper thin , on chips… and nothing else. I had to ask for the sauce and lemon (which was on the menu description! When the bill came they charged us full price! I spoke to the manager who was very rude and aggressive and I demanded a discount to the meal. We won’t be back. A alternative to this nonsense is the Bauernhof Restaurant Talacher 2, Baar!! a MUCH better restaurant more atmo...
We were a group of five. We were welcomed at the entry and the pizza was really great. The manager was friendly. BUT… to get the pizza it took a while. The waitress didn’t seem to be in the mood to serve the customers. Not a single smile, very dry treatment and slow service. I believe we were completely ignored for 15’ or more and it was not even during peak hours . It is a pity, because the food was good and location great.
I ate here whilst staying Zug on business. Service was friendly enough, and the pasta and wine I had pretty decent. The tiramisu was ok, maybe not the best but ok. Prices are expensive, but then so are most places in Zug. Overall I’ve no complains and will happily eat here again if in Zug.
We came here for lunch with four children and three adults without making an appointment. A table was set up for us very quickly, the children were given coloring books and free syrup. The lunch menu was very good and the children were also happy. Good service, good food, gladly again.

We arrived unannounced and were seated quickly at a table, despite the restaurant being busy. The food was actually quite good - pizza and a nice salad. I have to say the service was very good and polite. No complaints from us!
The location is wonderful however the staff could not be any more rude. To the question ‚do you have vegan milk?‘ the response was ‚No we don’t have that kind of stuff here‘ (including a condescending look).
Terrible Service, these waitresses need to be fired. Insulting guests, long waiting times, mediocre food and just plain rudeness and ignorance. DO NOT GO TO THIS RESTAURANT.
Sad crappy food and impatient waiter. The view is pleasant and if it were not fot the cute town and the location, this place would not survive.
