(rating as restaurant after we had the opportunity for a few hours today on Friday night in preston, we were looking for a restaurant serving vegetarian and vegan food. google maps suggested plau. described as gin beer house, we might have jumped past the list, but I happened that I came the other day over the name while I looked at the website of fieldwork, which apparently made the branding and design for this facility and had seen photos of interesting looking food. externally the place really does not look related to all foods, but there are several floors for eating and it is quite spacious. we stayed at 18.30 a.m. on a Friday in the house. Luckily we were accommodated, but I would probably book in advance. it is not a cheap device: drinks prices are relatiw high for the against (payment, perhaps for the above mentioned branding and design . clientele were diverse, but surely the hipster type was strongly represented; I didn't feel that I had the right kind of bart. the decor is smart, dark wood, dark gray, steamed gin palast. tja, the food! the menu (apparently a new menu included not too many dishes, main thing cost about £15 to £25, small (I think I'm starting £7 to £9. (the exact menu is not online yet, so I can not check the prices and dishes. we chose a small court and two main things. they wait for eating not a bad sign. service was attentive and friendly. quality was top notch probably the best we had in preston. the starter okra cooked with erdnuss and served with a beautiful mango chutney and garlic was absolutely heavenly, but we should definitely go for a starter everyone. small means small. our main thing were two more vegan dishes. the first (coftas with quinoa and sweet potato, served on a bed salat with mango, granat apple, leaves and a light meerrettich dressing hearty, but light, satisfying. the second salt baked beet root served on bead best with Petersnip-Mash and a slightly smoky chili sauce amazing: but digest with a tang, not too salty, maybe a hauch of edgy and cinnamon were obvious. presentation good. we did not have time for desserts this time, but we will give a new assessment after the next visit.

beautiful building on every single floor and room, the facility is honest to admire something, just like the staff and eat. Although it can be quite busy and sometimes be booked out, the workers do their best to keep on everything, all mistakes are corrected as quickly as possible and if they order a lot of dishes, it is a constant flow of food on their table, each dish is well made and full of varied flavors. To be honest, it is a great place to dinate and enjoy society with a partner or friends, good drinks are also with a fairly beautiful variety, although not many more likely there is a lot of cocktails and other drinks to enjoy. I would come back in a way.

absolute tardis a bar. looks tiny on the outside, but seems to wind in every direction on the inside. vault below is especially cool with the fountain and it feels like they are in diagon alley or something. my only grip is that for how great the eating is that they don't get much in the portions because it is marketed as a small dish, but it's not so expensive.

this bar is my favorite in preston, it is such an amazing building with interesting history. the choice of beer is great with a lot of choice on the pumps. I didn't try here, but that looks great. I'll come back.
