The bowls and smoothies are pretty good, and the shop is clean and nicely designed. Their pre-made bowl combinations all looked tempting, with plenty of customization options available. However, the service was a bit disappointing. Our group of five stepped aside to let others order due to the crowd, only to wait a long time without any updates. When I checked the counter, I found our bowls sitting there, unattended, with no announcement or call to pick them up. Aside from that, the overall experience was fine. It might be better to order ahead for a quick grab-and-go.
Smoothie was ok but the low rating was because the place disgusting. Used the bathroom and I would have walked out of the place if I hadn't already paid. Floors looked like they weren't swept in weeks. I looked behind the counter and it was also a mess. It makes you think how dirty the blenders and counters were. Couldn't enjoy drinking the smoothie with that thought in my head.Come on managers, maybe train the kids working there little? Could be a nice place.
Overall the place has a great atmosphere and staff are friendly. The bathrooms and cleanliness is well maintained. I ordered the coconut bowl which was pretty good but not worth the price in my opinion. They do have many dairy free options though which isgreat! Definitely worth a try if you?re in the area.
My bowls are usually great, but this was the first time I had one that wasn’t up to par. I didn’t want to return it, so I just kept it. Luckily, my partner really enjoyed his since I was introducing him to the place.
