ordered a nutella bowl online without strawberries came to pick up in store. Brought it home. When I opened it at my house. I realized that they put the strawberries on my bowl. I immediately called playa bowls and they told me they couldn’t do anything about it? The only thing they could do was refund me if it was an allergy since I did not have an allergy, I’m stuck with a bowl with strawberries, which is a food that I don’t eat, for personal reasons. They told me I could come back and remake the ball after I just was there and drove all the way back already just wasted $15.
